Superman

Superman. What's the 1st things that pops-up in your head when you hear this name or see the Superman logo? His red cape? Super tight costume? His super strength? His super speed? His vision powers? His super hearing? His ability to fly like a speeding bullet? His body of steel?

I know not many of my friends is a fan of his but I couldn't care less cause everyone has their own superheroes they love and Superman is my all time favorite! Maybe because I can relate to him in almost every aspect specially the part where he wants to open up to people but he just can't. He put others first before anything else and he tries so hard to save everyone and anyone. He rather find other ways then to kill one and save millions. Superman stands so firmly on his principles, I admire him for that.

If I could be anyone in the world, no doubt I will be him. Not to the extend that I will put on a red cape and jump off a 20th floor building and go saving people from loan sharks or accidents. For me to save my family and friends in every aspect is already good enough for me. I know its really vague when I say every aspect but I can't find a better way to put it. I don't love Superman cause he is The Man of Steel or The Man of Tomorrow or The Last Son of Krypton, an alien from planet Krypton with a kind human heart and cover his identity as Clark Kent from Kansas working as a reporter for Daily Planet along side his lover Lois Lane.

I love Superman cause he is all that and yet still be able to juggle both side of his life as a reporter and The Man of Steel. Plus, having so many sworn enemies that is never ending and evil as one could be is just hell. Not to mention Superman is a leader. A great one at it as well as he leads Justice League with Batman and Wonder Woman.

Superman is very complicated but yet has a simple goals in his life. He was destine to save the human race no matter how bad some people might have treated him and wanna hunt him down cause he is an alien when he was a young adult. Superman is just so awesome! So cool. Some people go crazy for actors or dude at random places but for me is Superman. Don't think its childish to be like me going crazy over a comic character. He isn't just a DC Comic or DC Universe character. He is a man of principles no matter what life throws at him. He is from another planet yet saving planet earth as if he is one of us.

If any guy would do this for my family and friends he will definitely be my Superman. Superman biggest weakness is his trust and his heart. Don't include the 16 forms or more of Kryptonite! Superman is just like any human who has weakness. Best part is that he isn't rich like Batman or poor like Peter Parker. Superman gets best of both life as well as bad of course. I guess what I love most about him is his loyalty and his passion to go all out for any of his friends and family.

I wanna get a new superman tee and a belt buckle of the superman logo! I wanna get red and blue this time. Wait till my salary comes in. Who wanna come go Superman tee shopping with me at The Curve or maybe One Utama? :) I wanna be him. I wanna be Superman. I wanna be at least half of who he is, The Man of Steel then I will be content.

But sadly I ain't no Superman yet. Not even close.
